To determine your size, use your usual bra/cup size. Measure your waist and hips using a fabric measuring tape or piece of string. Hold the tape or string securely to the body for accurate measurements. This is best done wearing minimal clothing

BUST - Measure around the fullest part of your chest. We suggest wearing an unpadded bra for bust measurement

WAIST - Measure the smallest part around the middle of your body

 

HIPS - Measure at the widest part of your lower hip area to include the fullest part of your backside
